As a father of two young boys with a fulltime job, you sometimes have to look for some different ways to gather some extra income. A Side Hustle you may say.
There are a couple of fun things to do when it Is daddyday. Number one on my sons list is going to an indoor playground.
Well. Not on this day.
Today it is time for some learning.
‘You gonna learn today son.’
Today it is time to go to a museum. For both of our sakes, not one of those dusty old ones. We are going to a modern art museum. The Moco Museum in Amsterdam.
It has an exhibition on Banksy, which I just have to see. And there are also some works from masters like Warhol, Basquiat, Haring, Koons, Kusama, Hirst & Dali. (yeah, I copied that from their website).
Well, it has been quite a while.
But I guess that we are back.
Some things have changed during the latest blogpost.
For instance. The boy got older and is now 4 years old.
On top of that, we now got two boys.
The youngest one is now 16 months.
Both of them give and consume loads of energy.
Like, right now.
The four year old keeps coming back and also wants to type a message.
So, here is your commercial break for today:
Remember when you were a kid and you were counting the days down to your birthday, holiday or any other fun day.
Days seemed to go by so slow.
It took ages for you to grow even a centimeter.
School days went even by slower.
So, what has changed this.

It has been a while since I have posted anything on this blog.
The most important reason and also not a reason, has been my lack of time.
‘Well then you are bad at organizing.’ You might say.
And you are right.
Since I started at my new job I have had much less free time than before.
And now I really need to organize my time well.
It is time for a new baby video.
Life hacks are hot.
Simple solutions to sometimes complex matters.
Being a daddy is pretty complex. Well, for me it is.
So I jumped on the internet, straight to youtube to search for a life hack with baby video or a baby hack video.
After a 5 second search, I think it took me five seconds to type ‘baby hack’ and press enter, I found this video about baby hacks on youtube.
It took him 220 days, but he finally succeeded last night.
Seven months and six days he had been waiting for this moment, his moment.
60% of a year he had been planning.
At least, that is wat I think he did. Because when his moment finally arrived he was smiling.
Smiling from ear to ear.
It was like he was saying: “Got ya!”
Your first Christmas ever.
We haven’t bothered you with the reason behind Christmas. It is not important to know why Christmas is celebrated. At least for you it isn’t. When you get older you can decide yourself if it is about religion or Coca-Cola and what would be more important.
November 28th was the first half big party we had for LA.
Our little boy has been in our arms for half a year now and it is getting more fun by the day.
His diaper is fuller than before.
Yes, it does leak sometimes. But we (read: the wife) have has come to the conclusion that this has been my fault.
And I do take the blame.
